I am happy to report that it has been almost a week and the refrigerator is working fine; it's cycling on and off and everything is keeping cold in the fridge and frozen in the freezer. Looks like it was the last part installed that did the trick.
I just wanted to send a personal "THANK YOU" to the gentleman (Robbie) who was so patient with me and stuck to the task until the problem was solved.I'd also like to thank Dawn for her patience as well. Dawn, you phone calls were prompt, your voice was pleasant and your attitude was one of understanding. I know that I can be somehat dogged in my quest to get things done promptly and correctly and that sometimes wears on the nerves of receptionist who tak my calls. I can't tell you how often I've have to deal with cantankerous people on teh phone who don't want to hear about the problems I may have experience with a service. Dawn, you should be given a raise for your kindness and undestanding witht eh clients who patronize your service. I am so happy to have dealt with a person such as yourself.
To Tarheel Appliance in general, I will highly recommend you to anyone who needs an appliance repaired. I thank God that I have a homeowners warranty at present, but if, in the future, I am in the need of yoru service again. I will certainly call on or request you first because of your outstanding service.

Thank you for sending service technician Lindsay for the washer repair. Lindsay was very punctual, professional and courtesy. He repaired the washing machine in an acceptable time frame and without complaint.
In addition, your customer service/customer care agent was very courteous as well, especially Dawn. The intial service call was initiated by Lowe's and Dawn immeditely contacted me (voice message left) to schedule service after speaking with Lowe's. Upon my returned call to your offfice, she knew who I was when I gave her my name...WOW! It is speaks values when a company, such as Tarheel Appliance Repair understands the value of good customer services followed by quality service from the technician.
Orgnially my service call was schedule with ****** but was cancelled per my reqeust due to bad customer service experience. Unfortunatelyk, theri company is losing business on the front end because of poor customer service. I am happy that Tarheel Appliance Repair understands customer's good experience leads to customer loyalty. If I have a problem in the future, I will specificially request Tarheel Appliance Repair to complete the repairs, and will pass your company name along to others.

Please tell the tech that "so far, so good". He did a very persistent, thorough job Friday afternoon in trying to repair our Frigidaire range. He seems to have discovered the problem, and the range has worked all weekend. It's been a real luxury to be able to cook in my kitchen instead of on the deck on the grill or in the toaster oven. We are keeping our fingers crossed that it continues, but do appreciate his determination in trying to get it repaired. He's definitley an asset to your company

Just wanted to touch base and say thank you to Tarheel Appliance Repair for being so professional and quick in repairing my washer. It was a small fix, however it was a huge problem not having my washer. So, thank you all for the hlep it was appreciated!
